Discover the benefits of following a plant-based diet and why it is the best option for you, for animals and for the planet.

Our purpose is to bring you natural, nutritious foods rich in vitamins and minerals such as fruits and vegetables so that you can incorporate them into your day to day. Whether it is to meet a dietary goal, cover a possible nutritional deficit or simply to improve your health.

Why myVita?

- To care for and improve your health.
- To preserve the health of the planet.
- To respect the right to life of animals, especially that of animals retained in large farms and fish farms.

These animals are intelligent, fearful, and show emotional responses similar to those of a companion animal. No one should have the right to take the life of a conscious animal that wants to live and does not want to be sacrificed. In myVita you will not find food of animal origin.

The first step to improve your health is to be aware of what you eat:

Why should I take this food to my mouth and how will affect to my health?
I eat it only for the flavor and additives it has or for the vitamins and minerals it provides?
There is some great beneficiary behind this food? Many diseases and their respective medicines are businesses that move trillions of dollars.

What can you do on myVita?
